Clinical and laboratory research into familial bowel cancer, in particular Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (and its attenuated variant) and Hereditary Non-Polyposis Colorectal Cancer (HNPCC as was; now called Lynch Syndrome). Clinical work with cancer families through the ICRF Family Cancer Clinic at St Mark’s.
