Atlantic Diagnostic Laboratories (ADL), today announced the official launch of PolypDx™, a non-invasive urine-based diagnostic test for detection of adenomatous polyps, the precursor to colorectal cancer. It is estimated that there will be 134,490 new cases reported this year. With early detection in the adenomatous polyp stage, this form of cancer is preventable. Early detection will save lives and reduce treatment costs.
