Eric Charsky is a Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP) survivor. He was diagnosed with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis at age 33. He had 26 polyps in throat and five tumors in his stomach and thousands of polyps through the remainder of his digestive system.
Eric had a complete colectomy and gallbladder removal. His throat polyps were removed and the stomach tumors were left along with thousands of developing polyps. His Doctor performed a modified “J Series” which allows him to have somewhat normal bodily functions and all that he loves.
