Living with FAP
McKinney, Texas, United States
I was diagnosed with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis at the age of 12. Since then, I have had my colon resectioned twice with the remainder removed and replaced by a j-pouch in January of 2000. I had a Whipple procedure in November of 2007…and life has not been the same since…always reaching the “new normal”. This site is designed to document my journey and offer help/encouragement to those who have GI issues but especially for those who are also living with FAP.
