The Familial Adenomatous Polyposis Association (FAPA), founded on May 25, 1993, is a non-profit organization. Its founding members represent seven universities and various medical disciplines that deal directly with polyposis. This association was created to help physicians inform their polyposis patients and their families about risks, and screening potential treatments that are possible. The information in the register that it manages allows us to better monitor FAP families.
